Terms and Conditions

1. The contest period is from 17 April 2017 to 9 July 2017.
2. The weekly winners’ announcement will be made on every following week.
3. Shoppers must redeem the entry form(s) on the day of purchase.
4. Participation can be made with a minimum spend of RM30 in a single receipt.
5. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of the unavailability of the prize item for any reason whatsoever, the management reserves the right to make substitution of equivalent kind of value.
6. Contest is open to all Malaysian and permanent resident of Malaysia age 18 and above. Quill Group of Companies employees are not eligible to participate.
7. Shoppers have direct entry to the contest upon submission made.
8. Redemption and entry form is deemed complete by fulfilling the following requirements:
a. Minimum spend of RM30 in one (1) receipt at any outlets in Quill City Mall KL.
b. Shoppers are required to fill in their personal information i.e. Full Name, IC No, Contact Number, Address and Email Address in the Contest Entry Form at our Concierge located at Ground Floor with the Proof of Purchase (original receipt).
c. Shoppers are required to produce their identification card for verification purposes.
9. Entry forms to be submitted together with original receipt. Hand written receipt or any receipt without tenant’s logo or company stamp will not be accepted.
10. By entering the contest, the participants hereby warrant that all information submitted in the entry form is true, accurate and complete in every respect. Quill Retail Malls Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify any information provided and/or your eligibility to enter the contest.
11. Quill Retail Malls Sdn Bhd reserves the right to publish and/or display the winners in its publicity campaign both in print and online.
12. Contest winners will be notified in the manner of phone call, email or Quill City Mall KL’s Facebook post. In the event the winner cannot be contacted for any reason after three (3) consecutive days upon attempts by Quill Retail Malls Sdn Bhd, the winner will then be disqualified and a new winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner by the management.
13. Quill Retail Malls Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.
14. Quill Retail Malls Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the contest or the rules without prior notice.
15. Our criteria for determining the winners of the contest shall be at our sole and absolute discretion and shall not subject to any challenge or dispute whatsoever.
