Eligibility

1. By participating in this Contest, participants have read and understood the terms of the Privacy
Policy and hereby consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance to the Privacy
Policy. Please refer to our website www.gsc.com.my for our Privacy Policy.
2. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to release any liability, losses, damages rights,
and any kind of claims and actions resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of
the prize, or any prize-related activities taking into account, without limitation, injury, death, and
property damage.
3. The Contest is exclusive for Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn Bhd (GSC) members ONLY.
4. Entry to the Contest is open to all GSC members who reside in Malaysia only. Participants must
be aged 18 and above to participate.
5. Employees of GSC and its Extended Group, its agencies or consultants, and their immediate
families are not eligible to participate in the contest.
6. Prior to participating in the contest, members are responsible for ensuring that their membership
details are updated via GSC’s Mobile App or GSC Website.
7. This contest will run from 0:00:00am on 4 October 2017 to 23:59:59pm 31 December 2017. All
entries received after the Contest Period will not be entertained. GSC reserves the right, at its
absolute discretion, to vary, postpone, re-schedule and/or extend the Contest Period and/or
cancel/terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
8. Only ticket(s) purchased for 4 October 2017 to 31 December 2017 movies will be eligible for the
contest.
9. Tickets for cancelled or rescheduled movies are not valid for participation in this contest.
10. Late entries will not be eligible. No appeals will be entertained.
11. GSC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to Internet and/or other technical
issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
12. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
13. GSC retains the rights to forfeit the selected winners if any breach of the Terms and Conditions is
found. GSC reserves the right to disqualify counterfeit entries, or entries suspected of being
counterfeit at any time.
14. GSC reserves the right to cancel this contest at any stage, if deemed necessary, and/or if any
circumstance beyond its control arises.
15. Shortlisted winner(s) will be announced within ONE (1) month after the contest period has ended.
16. Upon being informed of their win, winners are required to reply to the confirmation email/letter within
the stipulated timeframe for prize collection. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and a
replacement winner will be selected.
17. The shortlisted winner confirmation email/letter, original GSC Ticketing Counter ticket/mobile app
history, along with the original NRIC/Passport must be presented for collection of prizes.
18. Upon selection of the winner, prizes might take up to SIX (6) months to be delivered to the winner.
However, this is subject to the arrangement with other third parties, which might require the winner
to collect their prize from a specified location.
19. Each winner is entitled to one (1) prize only.
20. Winners may not use the same ticket stub/mobile app history to redeem more than one (1) prize.
21. Winners are required to have a photography and videography session. GSC reserves the rights to
use these assets for promotional purposes.
22. Visuals are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may differ from the visual. Prize winners are
required to make any necessary arrangements (transportation for prize collection, etc). Prize
collection locations may vary.
23. Winners must take the prizes as is. Prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and nonexchangeable
for cash. GSC will not entertain any complaints on the quality and quantity of the
prizes after handing the prize to a winner.
24. GSC shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the prize during the delivery process.
Any additional other costs (i.e. travel expenses) involved to redeem or collect the prizes are to be
borne by the winner.
25. GSC’s decision is final. Complaints and enquiries will not be entertained.
26. GSC reserves the right to amend the mechanics, prizes, and terms and conditions of the Contest,
as well as other aspects of the Contest without prior notice.
27. Every ticket purchased is equivalent to ONE entry to the contest. (eg. ONE (1) ticket = 1 entry).
28. Customers are only required to key in ONCE (1) per Tax Invoice / Receipt number. (eg. if they
purchase 10 tickets, they only need to logon to ticket2drive.gsc.com.my and key in their detail
once for all the 10 tickets purchased).
29. Multipliers will be available for Gold Class at additional TWO (2) Entries per ticket and Premiere
Class at additional ONE (1) Entry per ticket (e.g. ONE (1) Gold Class Ticket = 3 Entries, while
ONE (1) Premiere Class Ticket = 2 Entries).
30. Special Multipliers will be released from time to time. These announcements will be made on
GSC’s Social Media Platforms and ticket2drive.gsc.com.my.
31. All the multipliers are added automatically in the system and these numbers are not disclosed to
the public. GSC reserves the right to reveal the multiplier at any time, without prior notice.
32. Shortlisted winners will be selected based on ticket(s) purchased and multipliers that have been
set throughout the contest period.
