How to enter the trivia service
To subscribe to play a Text & Win multiple question trivia game, simply text ON KEYWORD (e.g. ON HIM, or ON LAP) to 36181. The keywords are stated in our promotion material. You will then be sent a series of 5 trivia questions. You must correctly answer each question to proceed in the trivia game. If you correctly answer five questions you will automatically move through to the final knock-out round.

How will the winner be selected?At the end date of the competition, a final knock-out round is held.
Contestants who qualify for the final knock-out round will receive a series of additional questions until a winner is established.
There may be up to five knock-out questions. If you answer a question incorrectly you will be eliminated from this final.

What are the costs of the subscription service?
Text & Win services are subscription-based trivia services. You are charged RM4 for each trivia service message that you receive, unless the message you receive starts with RM0.00. The costs will be charged directly to your mobile phone account as you send and receive each SMS text message. For contestants who reach the final knock-out round by correctly answering five questions, all messages they send and receive in that final knock out round are free (standard SMS costs of RM0.15 may apply). What does the subscription consist of?
If you send a keyword via sms to 36181 you enter both the quiz and a subscription service to receive 5 messages per month until you stop the service.

Unsubscribing
If you want to unsubscribe from the service and hence stop receiving SMS messages, send STOP to 36181.
After sending STOP you will receive a free of charge message confirming your cancellation.

If you qualify for the final knock out round before canceling the subscription service, you will still receive one free of charge message informing you of the start of this final. Regardless of whether you play this final, you will remain unsubscribed and you will no longer receive any premium messages.

When will the winner be announced?
2 weeks after the end date of the competition, the winner will be announced on this website. All winners are contacted by Wixawin directly on their competing mobile phone.

How long will I be subscribed?
Text & Win is a subscription service. You can end this subscription at any time by sending STOP to 36181.

I have never subscribed myself to your service, but I do receive text messages.
The only way to subscribe to our service is by sending in a confirmation text message to 36181. After you have confirmed your subscription, the service will be activated.

According to which legislation do you work?
Text & Win is a premium text service, and is regulated via the Premium Services Determination of the Malaysian Communications and Media Authority.

Spam
Wixawin does not send out emails. Our affiliate networks refer to our products in their promotional material, which are distributed through various mediums including email.
If you have signed up with such a network to receive promotional material via email, you could therefore receive a Wixawin offer.
If you do not wish to receive these emails, you should contact the sender of the email and state your request. In most cases, there will be an unsubscription button within these emails that will allow you to block further communication from a particular party. Alternatively, you can block the sender of this email with a function within your own email application (Hotmail, Outlook, Gmail etc).
