What you need to do is:
1) Buy ticket online from 20th Feb until 26th Mar 2009 for a chance to take part
2) Complete the preliminary round between 20 Feb to 26 Mar 2009 and try to become one of the top 10 racers with the best time
3) The top ten will complete the final round from 27th Mar 2009 to 30 th Mar 2009.
