ELIGIBILITY
1. The Junior GP Racing Dream Bike Design and Livery Contest is open to all Malaysian citizen aged 12 and above.
2. Staffs of Moto Millia Sdn Bhd and Junior GP Sdn Bhd and his/her spouse / childrens / relatives is not eligible to enter the contest.

CONTEST MECHANIC
1. Participants must complete the design and livery of all the contest diagrams namely:

Racing Bike – Side View
Racing Bike – Front View
Racing Bike – Top View
Racing Suit (all three views)
Racing Helmet (all three views)
Apparels
2. Contestants may use any color/colors to design the diagrams mentioned above.
3. Image submitted must not be published in any media or medium prior to this contest.
4. All entries must be of participants’ original works. Usage of third party/parties creative works are prohibited, in which the entry will be automatically disqualified.
5. The following technique will not be accepted : digital super imposition, composite photographs, photo montage, trick photographs, digital imaging and image manipulations.
6. Multiple entry is permitted.

CONTEST FORM AND DESIGN SUBMISSION
1. Contest form must be submitted together with the full set of the original contest diagrams (5 diagrams) in printed hard copy full color A4 size.
2. Competition forms and the diagrams must be submitted to:

KUALA LUMPUR.
3. The contest forms and it’s designs must be submitted before /on 15 March 2008. Entry recieved / submitted after the stipulated date will not be eligible for the contest.
4. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

WINNER
1. Only one (1) winner will be declared for this contest.
2. The winning design will be used as the Junior GP Racing Dream team design for season 2009 competition at national level during the Malaysian Super Series 2009

PRIZE
1. The winner will be announced on 15 March 2009 through printed media and other notification method.
2.
Prize – 3 days and 2 night holiday package in Hard Rock, Bali (subject to availability) for two (2) persons inclusive of:

Flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur to Denpasar, Bali. (return flight ticket)
Accomodations.
RM500.00 expense voucher.
(or any other destination with equivalent value)
3. Judges’ decision is final.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP
1. All submission are non-returnable and shall remain the sole property of Junior GP Sdn Bhd and the company reserve all rights to reproduce, publicise or to exhibit the submissions in any form of media or medium whether locally or internationally without any prior notification or payment made to participants. The copyright to all designs shall be owned by Junior GP Sdn Bhd and have sole discreation to use all / any of the design for commercial / non-commercial purposes.
2. The abovementioned terms and conditions govern this Contest. However, these terms and conditions are not exhaustive and Junior GP Sdn Bhd reserves the right to delete, vary or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion.
3. The Participants are deemed to have agreed to and be bound by these terms and conditions by participating in this contest.
