How to Win

  1. Please register at the google form at https://goo.gl/forms/0lcRyDbBqyhQ1m3m1 or via [email protected] by
    25 August 2017, 12pm.
  2. The duly completed contest entry form will be eligible to participate in the Contest (“the Eligible Participants”).

    3. All registration will be treated as FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. They will notify you if you are one of the
    participants in the Contest.

  3. Participants with incomplete, illegible or any late submission of contest entry form shall be disqualified.
  4. All contest entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall dealt with as the
    Management deem fit.
  5. The Eligible Participants are required to bring their own art materials. One (1) Artist Canvas size 35cm x 45cm
    will be provided by Atria.
  6. The Eligible Participants shall be judged based on 20% Creativity, 20% Colour Scheme, 20% Theme (Abiding with
    theme), 20% Technique and 20% Overall Impact.

  8. In the event any of the Eligible Participants are late for more than five (5) minutes after the Contest starts. The
    Eligible Participants may be disqualified by the Management.
  9. The Eligible Participants will be judged by a pre-determined panel of judges the decision of the judges is final
    and conclusive. The time, manner and method of judging the Contest will be solely and absolutely at the
    discretion of the judges.
  10. In case of any doubt, the decision made by the Management shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding
    on the Eligible Participants.

Terms and Conditions

1) The finalist twenty-six (26) Eligible Participants will be eligible for a prize.
2) All Eligible Participants are to collect their respective prizes on 29 August 2017 (Tue) after the Contest. Any
uncollected prizes will be forfeited.
3) The Management reserves the right at any time to substitute any of the prizes whether in whole or in part with
another item of similar value without prior notice to the winners.
4) All prizes are neither non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
5) All winners shall abide and be bound by any conditions/warranties that are/may be imposed in respect of the
receipt or use of the prizes.
