The beverage carton recycling contest is organised by Ministry of Housing and Local Government, Brunswick Industries Sdn. Bhd. (ECPD), and TetraPak (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. The contest is divided into two rounds and the main objective are:

– To create awareness and educate children on the importance of recycling and environment protection
– To encourage children to practise recycling exercises in school and at home as a daily habit
– To increase the recycling rate of post-consumed beverage carton in 2007

Round 1: 11th June 2007 – 31st August 2007
Round 2: 1st September 2007- 30th November 2007
