Terms & Conditions

1. This "BRAND'S® High Achiever Award 2010" registration is open to all Malaysian students sitting for the PMR & SPM 2009, except employees of Cerebos (M) Sdn Bhd, its associate companies, distributors, advertising and sales promotions agencies and members of the immediate families.

2. Photocopies of registration forms are permitted. Each entry form must be accompanied with four (4) BRAND'S® Essence of Chicken 70g bottle caps as 'Proof of Purchase'.

3. All registration forms to be submitted to Cerebos (M) Sdn Bhd. before 5.00pm on 30th October 2009. Late entries will be disqualified.

4. Cerebos (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify registration forms that are incomplete, and/or illegible and/or not accompanied with the required 'Proof of Purchase'.

5. All successful applicants will be given a submission form upon official annoucement of 2009 SPM or 2009 PMR result by Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia (Ministry of Education Malaysia).

6. The "BRAND'S® High Achiever Award 2010" will be awarded to the Top students with the best result in the PMR 2009 and SPM 2009 examinations respectively.

7. The judges decision is final and no correspondences will be entertained.

8. All selected achievers will be notified by post have to attend a "BRAND'S® High Achiever Award 2010" presentation ceremony within 1 (one) month after being notified by post. Representatives of the achievers are not allowed. All the "BRAND'S® High Achiever Award" will be given out on the event day or within 1 month after the event day.

9. Cerebos (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of achievers for any advertising and publicity purposes. The achievers may also be required to participate in any future public programs. Representatives of the achievers are not allowed.

10. Achievers who fail to attend the "BRAND'S® High Achiever Award 2010" presentation event and/or who fail to comply with the terms & conditions of the contest will be disqualified.

11. Cerebos (M) Sdn Bhd reserves all right to amend, modify, extend or terminate this event in any way deemed appropriate in responce to events beyond its control. No prior notice will be given.

12. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, damage or claim resulting from participating in the event and/or use and/or redemption of their awards.

13. All charges for accomodation and transportation involved while participating in the "BRAND'S® High Achiever Award 2010" presentation ceremony shall be the sole responsibility of the achievers.

14. Each achiever is entitled to only one award.
