Terms & Conditions
1. Receipts, invoices and DOs dated from 1st November – 31st December 2010 are eligible for this promotion.
2. The Promotion is open to Malaysian and permanent residents of Malaysia, 18 years old and above except for the following categories:
a) Double A Distributors, Master dealers, Dealers, and Permanent and Contractual staff of Double A
b) Family members of the Double A listed incumbents
c) Double A copy centers and purchases made from Mydin Hypermarket
d) Tenders and prices supported purchases made by corporate office users
3. The entry forms must be accompanied by actual receipts or Invoices with D.Os (Photocopies or printed copies need to be verified by the company''s Finance Department otherwise it will be considered null.)
4. Printed cash receipts are acceptable and must have supplier''s company stamp to ensure validity of the receipts. Handwritten cash receipts are not accepted for this contest.
5. Double A International Network (M) Sdn Bhd''s decision is final and any queries or disputes will not be entertained.
6. Last date to reach Double A International Network (M) Sdn Bhd office is 7 January 2011, any submission after the date will be disqualified.
7. In any event where there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies) between English and Bahasa Malaysia versions of these terms and conditions, the English version of these terms and conditions shall prevails.
8. Prizes are not transferable and Double A International Network (M) Sdn Bhd reserves right to exchange the prize advertised for prizes of equivalent value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
9. Double A shall not be held liable for late, lost or damaged entries.
