. Submitted video must be in mpeg format, less than 3 minutes and not more than 12 MBs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Organiser and Eligibility

1.
The DUA CITARASA SATU JIWA reality show is organised by IKEA Malaysia (IKANO Pte. Ltd.).

2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of entry. Entry into the Show constitutes acceptance to these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Show is open to all Malaysian couples (both West and East Malaysia), aged 21 years old and above only.

4. The following groups of persons are not eligible to participate in the Audition:

–
Permanent and/or contract employees of IKANO Pte. Ltd. (including its associated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses);

– Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of IKANO Pte. Ltd. (including its associated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).

Duration

All audition videos must be submitted via email by 11.59pm, 21 March, 2010.

Submission of Entries and Qualifying Criteria

To be eligible for the DUA CITARASA SATU JIWA reality show, a couple must within the designated period send an audition video with completed personal details via email to [email protected]. No other correspondence will be entertained.

7. A person who submits an audition video is considered an ‘Audition’ for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.

8.
Only 1 (one) video per couple is allowed. Duplicates will be removed.

9.
Auditions that are deemed offensive will automatically be removed and disqualified from the Show without prior notice.

10.
IKEA Malaysia has the right to amend the Rules and Terms and Conditions of the Show at any time without prior notice and/or reason.

11.
Should an Audition be found to submit false information, IKEA Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify the entry.

12.
Auditions will be judged by IKEA Malaysia, and IKEA holds all rights to select the most suitable couple at their discretion.

13.
The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.

14.
The selected couple will be notified via e-mail or telephone.

15.
IKEA Malaysia reserves the right to request the Winners to provide proof of identity in order to claim the prizes. Should the Winner(s) be unable to confirm and authenticate his/her identity, the Winner(s) will automatically be disqualified and a substitute will be offered.

16. IKEA Malaysia reserves the right to use pictures and videos of the Winners in any medium for publicity.

Prizes

The following are the prizes, which will be awarded to the selected couples:
BEDROOM MAKEOVER WORTH RM5,000 X 8 Couples

18. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

19. IKEA Malaysia is not liable for any additional costs.

Rights of IKEA Malaysia

Agencies appointed by IKEA Malaysia will collect and store information such as Audition’s email addresses and this information will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy of IKEA Malaysia. This information is collected for the administration of this Audition, and the agencies internal marketing and promotional activities and will not be distributed to third parties without the consent of Entrants.

21.
The agencies reserve the rights to vary the rules of the Audition, or any prizes offered, or cancel any Audition if it is no longer able to run the Audition due to reasons beyond its control, subject to state legislation.

22. The agencies will not be liable for any losses to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.

By participating in this Audition, participants agree to be bound by this Audition Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of IKEA Malaysia.
