Raffles draw KL’06 one of charity donation for KL’06 9th FESPIC Games, the second most prestigious event after the Paralympics Games. Malaysia Paralympics Council had taken initiatives measure to generate funding for conducting the games with a ticket that cost only RM 3.00 will make a big difference in making this KL’06 9th FESPIC Games reality.

Part of the collection will be used for the construction of the proposed Sports Complex with modern and sophisticated sports tools and equipment as well as for things that are related to the development of sports to the highest level. This is truly historical time for FESPIC Games, before changing name to Asia Para Games that will be held in 2010.
