How to Win

  1. Pay using GrabPay Credits at least 2 times at a minimum transaction value of RM5. The 2 payments must be a combination of any two (2) different Grab services from
    • Rides;
    • GrabFood;
      • GrabFood is currently only available in the Klang Valley
    • Prepaid top-ups;
    • In-store payments at GrabPay merchants like Tealive, Baskin-Robbins, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and thousands more here
  2. A trivia question will be given to every 10,000th valid transaction, and whoever successfully answers the trivia question will be announced as the contest winner.
  3. Winners will be announced via email on 28 December 2018.

Terms

  • Contest runs from 4 December to 25 December 2018. Last entry must be submitted by 25 December 2018, 23:59:59 (Malaysia Time Zone: GMT+8) based on Grab’s system time.
  • Winner announcement will be via email, on 28 December 2018.
  • For entries to be valid, your transactions must be successful. A refunded or cancelled transaction will be counted as void entry.
  • A combination of the same Grab service will not be eligible such as:
    • Ride + Ride;
    • GrabFood + GrabFood;
    • Prepaid top-up + Prepaid top-up;
    • In-store payment + In-store payment;
  • Each person can only win once throughout the campaign period.
  • In the event where more than 1 person is eligible for the prize (based on the specific timestamp), person with the higher number of transactions within campaign period will win.
  • In the event where the 10,000th entry is void, it will be rolled over to the next eligible entry.  
  • Employees, representatives, agents of Grab are not eligible to participate.  
  • Prize fulfilment: Winners in Klang Valley will have to self-collect from Grab’s office. Collection must be made within the stipulated date, or else prize will be deemed forfeited. For winners from outer Klang Valley, prize will be delivered by hand within 30 days post-campaign.
  • This contest is not sponsored or endorsed by Apple.
  • Grab reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab shall be final.
  • Contestants will fully indemnify and hold harmless the organisers, its directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns against any and all losses, liabilities, costs, claims, charges, expenses, actions or demands (including legal costs), whether direct or indirect arising out of a breach by him or her of these Terms & Conditions.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
