• The Contest is exclusive for GSC members ONLY.
• Entry to the Contest is open to all GSC members that reside in Malaysia only. Participants must be
aged 18 and above to participate.
• Late entries will not be eligible. Any appeal will not be entertained.
• The winner confirmation email/letter, original box office ticket/mobile app history, along with original
NRIC must be presented for collection of reward at GSC Office.
• GSC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to Internet and or other technical
issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
• Employees of Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn Bhd (“GSC”), website agency or consultant and their
immediate families are not eligible to participate in the contest.
• GSC reserves the right to cancel this contest at any stage, if deemed necessary and/or if any
circumstance beyond its control arises
• Winners are required to have a photography session. GSC reserves the rights to use the
photograph(s) for company promotional purposes.
• Winners are required to reply within certain timeframe for prize collection upon being informed.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and we will proceed to select a replacement winner.
• GSC’s decision is final. Complaints will not be entertained. Each winner is entitled to one (1) prize
only.
• GSC retains the rights to forfeit the selected winners if any breach of terms and conditions is found.
Participants should not copy or otherwise plagiarize entry from any source. GSC does not check
any submitted entries for plagiarism and relies on the good faith actions of the Participants.

• If, for whatever reason, the contest is cancelled or rescheduled after the tickets are ticketed, no
compensation will be paid in lieu of any cancelled or rescheduled showing of the film. No
responsibility is assumed by GSC if the contest is cancelled, rescheduled, delayed or postponed,
in whole or in part. Unused tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Your participation in this Contest is conditional upon you consenting to GSC collecting, using,
disclosing, transferring and processing your personal data for the following purposes: (i) to
administer the Contest and choose the winner; and (ii) consumer research, promotional and
marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with affiliates of the Golden Screen
Cinemas Sdn Bhd or with other third parties for administrative and business purposes, or for crosspromotion.
This may involve the storage, use, disclosure or other processing, or transfer of your
personal data. Third parties receiving your personal data will be bound by requirements under the
Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in relation to your personal data
• By participating in this Contest, participants agree to release any liability, losses, damages rights,
any kind of claims and actions resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize
or any prize-related activities taking, without limitation including injury, death, and property damage.
• GSC shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the process of gift delivery. Any
travel costs and any other costs involved to redeem gifts are borne by the winner.
