Terms and Condition

  1. HOMEDEC Kuala Lumpur’s Pre-Register and Register & Visit Contests are open to all persons aged 18 years old and above. Employees of The Organiser and its affiliates, sponsors, agencies, contractors, suppliers, exhibitors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. These contests will be organised from 23 September – 1 November 2015 with the submission of both electronic and print forms. Contest forms must be completed in full as incomplete forms will be
    disqualified.
  3. Duplicated contest forms be it in the form of photocopy or print, will not be accepted for the contest submission. Participants who have submitted the online electronic form will only be eligible to win if
    attendance by the registered person is taken during the exhibition period.
  4. Any entries received after 1 November 2015 will be considered null and void. No responsibility will be
    taken by The Organiser for any entries that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons
    or received after the deadline.
  5. A total of eight units of prizes will be given away during the exhibition period running from 22 – 25
    October 2015 and 29 October – 1 November 2015 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
  6. Participant(s) may submit multiple forms but each participant is only entitled to win one prize.
  7. Contest Winner(s) will be notified through phone call. Winner shall comply with the terms and conditions of the given prize set by Sponsor and The Organiser. Winner is required to collect their prize during the given date and time.
  8. Winner(s) must claim the prize within the stipulated deadline stated in the Winner’s letter, failing which, subject to the discretion of the Organiser and Sponsor concerned, they reserve the right to replace
    any unclaimed prize(s) with other item(s) of the equivalent value.
  9. It is the sole responsibility of Winner to collect their winning prize, at their own costs i.e. travel,
    accommodation, etc.
  10. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. The
    Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names,
    photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Contest Winner(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest Winner(s) and/or representative for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
  12. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the contest rules, gimmick and terms and condition without
    any prior notice.
  13. All personal data received will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act
    (PDPA)
