Terms and Conditions apply

1. The iTalk Contest is organised by Telekom Malaysia Berhad (Co. No. 128740-P) ("TM") and is opened to all iTalk users using iTalk.
2. The Contest will commence from 1st June 2008 till 31st July 2008 (the "Contest Period").
3. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
4. All prizes are subjected to availability. TM reserves the rights to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
5. All prizes must be claimed by the winners in person. Winners must produce original identity cards or passports for verification.
6. The Contest winners are required to bear at his/her own cost to collect the prize.
7. Winners will be notified by a phone call from TM within seven (7) days from announcement date.
8. The prizes and tiers to this Contest as follows:

1. 1 Grand Prize (Top User) – 42" LCD TV + iTalk card worth RM50+Euro 2008 collector’s edition magazine + 1 year EPL
magazine subscription + European Football jersey & poster
2. 10 consolation prizes (Top 10 highest users) – iTalk card worth RM30 + Euro 2008 collector’s edition magazine + 1 year EPL magazine subscription + European Football jersey & poster

9. TM reserves the right to photograph any winner and publish and/or use the names, particulars and photographs of the Contestants and their entries at any time and in whatever nature or form for advertising and promotional purpose in any form of media.
10. TM reserves the absolute right to vary, change, reschedule or discontinue the Contest and/or to vary, substitute, discontinue any or all the prizes at any time without assigning any cause or reason thereof.
11. By participating in this Contest, Contestants agree to be bound by the contest Rules and Regulations, and all decisions made by TM.
12. The Contestants will assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents resulting from their participation in the Contest and/or redemption of the prizes.
13. TM will not be held liable in the event the winner(s) cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
14. The Judges' decisions are final and binding. No correspondence thereon will be entertained.
