Eligibility

1. This Contest is organized by Julie’s Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (hereafter referred to as Organizer) exclusively at Tesco Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
2. This Contest is open to all Malaysians residing in Peninsular Malaysia aged 18 years and above, except employees, immediate family members, subsidiaries and agencies of the Organizer.
3. This Contest Period is from 26th October 2017 until 30 November 2017.
4. All entries must be received by 23:59:59 (Malaysian time), November 30, 2017 via Whatsapp. Entries received after this time will be considered invalid and will not be taken into account.
5. To participate in this Contest, participants are required to purchase Julie’s products worth RM15 and above within the Contest Period. Proof of purchase is the original official receipt from any Tesco Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
6. Participants can send as many entries as desired within the Contest Period via WhatsApp.
7. Participants are required to complete the slogan “Saya suka biskut Julie’s kerana ………” with not more than 5 words and send via WhatsApp “JULIE’S FULL NAME IC NO. SLOGAN TESCO TAX INVOICE NUMBER. (16 digits)” to 013-8747401.

8. All WhatsApp messages received by the Organizer during the Contest Period, complete with the required particulars, original Tesco Stores receipt with invoice number and the slogan, if approved by the Organizer, will be qualified to win the contest prizes.
9. The prizes for the Contest are:
1 x 1st Prize: Vacation Voucher worth Four Thousand Ringgit Malaysia (RM4,000)
1 x 2nd Prize: Vacation Voucher worth Three Thousand Ringgit Malaysia (RM3,000)

10. At the end of the Contest Period, all eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be checked thoroughly to determine the winners. The entries with the most creative slogans will be judged as winners.
11. All prizes will be awarded to the winners within 45 days after the end of the Contest Period.
12. Participation particulars are not proof of receipt. The Organizer will not be responsible for any unauthorized or invalid entries. Multiple entries with the same invoice number will be disqualified.
13. Any telephone calls, messages for inquiries submitted or sent by the Participant, will not be entertained by the Organizer.
14. All winners will receive notification via phone and SMS. The Organizer is not responsible if the phone call is not answered or the SMS notification is not received by the winner. Unclaimed prizes within 30 days from the date of notification will be withdrawn and any subsequent enquiries will not be entertained.
15. All winners are required to bring their identity card, original official receipt with the invoice number corresponding to the invoice number of the entry sent to the Organizer when claiming the prizes.
16. The Organizer shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the participants such as, shipment fees and transportation charges, etc in participating in this Contest.
17. The Organizer reserves the right to print or display the winners’ information and photographs for any promotion, advertising or announcement of winners in the print or electronic media.
18. All decisions of the Organizer are final. Any enquiry or appeal will not be entertained.
19. The Organizer reserves the right to change, modify and terminate the Contest without prior notice.
20. The Organizer reserves the right to change or substitute the prize with any other prizes of the same value or thereabout at any time without notice. All prizes are not transferable, redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other prizes.
21. The Organizer reserves the right to disclose any information required to satisfy any regulatory or governmental requirements.
22. By participating in this Contest, the participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Contest.
