# This Maybank Auto PayBills Get a Break and Win Contest ends on 31 August 2009.
# This contest is open to all Maybankard Visa and MasterCard Credit Card card members residing in Malaysia, except employees of Maybankard Centre, employees of their advertising and promotion agency, and their immediate families.
# All Maybankard Visa and MasterCard Credit Card accounts must be valid and in good standing to be eligible for the contest and prizes.

# This contest consists of 2 categories, Category A and Category B.
# There will be a total of 14 Prizes for Category A which consists of:

1 x Grand Prize of RM5,000 cash prize
1 x 1st Prize of RM3,000 cash prize,
2 x 2nd Prize of RM1,000 cash prize
10 x Consolation Prize of RM500 cash prizes to be given away.

All winners will be notified by phone and letter. All cash prizes will be credited directly to the winners Maybankard Credit Card account. In the event that the winner is a Supplementary Cardmember, the cash prizes will be credited to the Principal Cardmember account.

6. There will be a total of 40 Prizes for Category B which consists of 20 x iTalk Card worth RM50 each and 20 x iTalk Sim worth RM50 each.
7. The Category A prizes will be awarded according to following sequence: Grand Prize, 1st Prize, 2nd Prize and followed by Consolation Prize.
8. The Category B prizes will be awarded according to following sequence: iTalk Card worth RM50 and follow by iTalk Sim worth RM50 each.
9. Category A is open to all newly approved Auto PayBills account sign up. Each newly approved Auto PayBills account sign up will automatically entitle the cardmember to 1 contest entry. (eg: 1 newly approved Auto PayBills account sign up = 1 contest entry, 5 newly approved Auto PayBills account sign up = 5 contest entries)
10. Category B is open to all approved TM Auto PayBills account sign up. Each approved TM Auto PayBills account sign up will automatically entitle the cardmember to 1 contest entry. (eg: 1 approved TM Auto PayBills account sign up = 1 contest entry, 5 approved TM Auto PayBills account sign up = 5 contest entries)

11. Each qualified contest entry for both Categories A and B will be assigned a serial number. Shortlisted participant will be selected via a computer random selection process. In the event that the shortlisted participant is disqualified, the next serial number in the random selection list will be deemed as the shortlisted participant.
12. For the TM Rewards iPod prizes Category, it will be determined by TM and is the sole responsibility of TM.
13. Maybank's appointed representative, Intigus Sdn Bhd will call the shortlisted participants at the telephone numbers furnished to Maybank by the cardmembers, once at any time during office hours to answer one (1) question. The cardmembers are required to answer 1 question in either English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin correctly to be deem as a winner. If the shortlisted participant fails to answer the question correctly, the next shortlisted participant would be contacted to answer the question.
14. Each participant can only win one prize. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. In the event that the cardmember is shortlisted more than once, it is at the absolute discretion of Maybank to award the winner with the highest valued prize. Maybank reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
15. All non-cash prizes are given on an "As Is" basis. All expenses incurred to redeem the prize including but not limited to any other fees in relation to the redemption of prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
16. Incomplete, damaged, illegible and late entries to the contest will be immediately disqualified.
17. Maybank reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are illegitimate.
18. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
19. All winners are requested to attend prize presentation ceremony and other publicity programs as and when required.
20. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the Contest Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the panel of judges. The decisions of the judges are final and no appeals or objections will be entertained.
21. Maybank reserves the right at any time to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and the winners hereby express consent to having their names and photograph published or displayed for the aforesaid purposes.
22. Maybank reserves the absolute right at any time without assigning any reasons to add, alter, modify, change or vary the terms and conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion.
23. In the event of any discrepancies or disputes in the interpretation of the English or Bahasa Malaysia version of the Contest Terms & Conditions, the English language version shall prevail.
