    1. Spend minimum of RM 100 in a single receipt at Mydin Hypermarket AND RM 30 minimum in each receipt (at least 3 receipts required) at any MYDIN tenant of the same MYDIN branch. Purchases must be made only at selected MYDIN within two months, effective from 15 May until 14 July 2017.
    2. Participants may submit more than one (1) entry form and shall be accompanied by the original receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately, complete with personal information and the correct answers.
    3. Submit entry form at our information counter before 14 July 2017.

    Terms and Conditions

    1. Belanja minimum RM 100 di dalam satu resit di Pasar Raya Besar Mydin DAN minimum RM 30 di dalam setiap satu resit (sekurang-kurangnya 3 resit diperlukan) di mana-mana outlet rakan niaga MYDIN di cawangan MYDIN yang sama.

    2. Peserta boleh menghantar lebih daripada satu (1) borang peraduan dan hendaklah disertakan dengan resit pembelian asal. Setiap penyertaan perlu dihantar secara berasingan, lengkap dengan maklumat peribadi dan jawapan yang betul.

      Participants may submit more than one (1) entry form and shall be accompanied by the original receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately, complete with personal information and the correct answers.

    3. Peserta  yang layak juga  berhak untuk menebus baucar tunai atau produk di kaunter khidmat pelanggan MYDIN.

      Eligible submissions are also entitled to redeem cash vouchers or products at our redemption counter.

    4. Penebusan hanya boleh dibuat pada hujung minggu untuk 30 pembeli sahaja di Cawangan MYDIN terpilih. Sementara stok masih ada.

      Redemption can only be made on the weekends and limited only for the first 30 shoppers. While stock lasts.

    5. Penebusan hadiah tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau barangan lain.

      The redemption items are not exchangeable for cash or other items.

    6. Borang peraduan hendaklah diserahkan di kaunter informasi MYDIN sebelum 14 Julai 2017.

    7. Peraduan ini dibuka kepada semua pelanggan MYDIN di seluruh Malaysia kecuali kakitangan dan ahli keluarga Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad serta penaja utama.

      Lucky draw is open to all except employees and family members of Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad as well as main sponsors.

    8. 3 Pembeli bertuah akan turut dipilih untuk setiap Mydin Mall setiap bulan.

      3 Lucky Shoppers will be also selected for each Mydin Mall every month.

    9. Cabutan bertuah akan berakhir pada hujung bulan Ogos 2017 dan keputusan penuh akan diumumkan pada 16 September 2017 di MYDIN Seremban 2.

      Lucky draw will be completed by end of August 2017 and the grand announcement will be on the 16 September 2017 at MYDIN Seremban 2.

    10. 10 orang pemenang akan dihubungi oleh pihak pengurusan MYDIN melalui nombor telefon yang diberikan. Keputusan penuh akan diumumkan di laman sosial rasmi  Facebook MYDIN Malaysia dan Instagram MYDIN Malaysia pada 1 September 2017.

      10 lucky winners will be notified through phone call, MYDIN Malaysia Facebook Page and MYDIN Malaysia Instagram on 1 September 2017.

    11. Pihak Pengurusan MYDIN berhak untuk mengubah, menamatkan, membatalkan peraduan (secara keseluruhan atau sebahagian) atau mengenakan syarat-syarat tambahan tanpa notis pemberitahuan awal kepada peserta.

      MYDIN Management reserves its absolute right, without prior notice to participants, either to change, terminate or cancel the contest (in whole or in part).

    12. Pihak Pengurusan MYDIN juga tidak bertanggungjawab kepada peserta atas sebarang kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami akibat sama ada secara langsung atau tidak langsung daripada peraduan ini.

      MYDIN Management is also not liable to any losses or damages suffered by participants either directly or indirectly as the consequence of the contest.
