LECTURER Aziana Omar, 47, who won the KLIA Shopping “Real Value Real Style, A World Of Celebrations” campaign has decided to sell her prize, a Mercedes Benz E-200K, to finance her children’s education. It is worth RM348,000.


“However, I will let my son enjoy the car for a few months before selling it,” declared the single mother of three who entered the contest after buying perfume at one of the retail stores at the airport.

Her entry was drawn by Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor at a dinner in June. The five-month campaign – from November 2005 to March 2006 – received an astounding 28,541 entries.

Another shopping campaign that ends in April next year promises more prizes to encourage greater participation.
