Spend at the Curve and win a Forte EX 1.6!

Spend RM200 and above in accumulative receipts (maximum of 2) and guess the total number of soccer balls inside the Forte located at the Centre Court. Also, write the most creative slogan, phrase or sentence/s combining the Curve and Forte words in not more than 30 words.

Terms & Conditions
1. the Curve ‘Score a Forte’ Contest commences from 11 June to 11 July 2010. The contest forms are available at the Concierge, Ground Floor.

2. To participate in the contest, customer must spend a minimum of RM 200 in accumulative receipts (maximum of 2) on the same day from any outlet at the Curve except from the Street Market and pushcarts.

3. Customer must fill up the contest form and guess the total number of soccer balls inside the Forte located at the Centre Court and complete the slogan to be eligible.

4. Contest submission deadline is on 11 July 2010, Sunday at 9.30pm. Please submit all contest forms to our Concierge at the Ground Floor.

5. Winner will be selected in two ways:
i) Correct answer – number of soccer balls
ii) Most creative slogan, phrase or sentence/s

6. The words (the Curve and Forte) may be repeated in one sentence as long as the slogan, phrase or sentence/s is not more than 30 words.

7. There will be only 1 (one) Grand Prize, Forte EX 1.6 to be won.

8. The decision of the judges will be final. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable
and non-exchangeable for cash.

9. In choosing to participate in this contest, customers agree to comply with all the Terms and Conditions stated herein.

10. Winner will be notified by telephone or post. Winner is required to give their contact
details and other information deemed necessary by Boustead Curve Sdn Bhd.

11. Boustead Curve Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to appoint a third party to verify the winner.

12. Boustead Curve Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to publish or display the name of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes without any payment or compensation.

13. Boustead Curve Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right, in its soles discretion, to reject any winner who is unable to satisfy the Terms & Conditions stated herein.

14. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above except employees of Naza Kia Sdn Bhd, Boustead Holdings Bhd, Boustead Curve Sdn Bhd and tenants of the Curve plus their immediate family members and employees, and agencies who are not allowed to take part in this contest.
