Terms and Conditions

  1. Official receipt must be presented for prize exchange.
  2. Contest period starts from 26th August – 30th September, 2017. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  3. Valid for purchase between 26th August – 30th September, 2017.
  4. Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  5. Only valid for purchase of Europe landmark series (including Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, British Museum, The Grenadier Guard, Brandenburg Gate, The Rhine Valley, Rialto Bridge, Colosseum, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Triumphal Arc, Eiffel Tower, The Lourve).
  6. Only one entry per TICO Europe landmark purchased.
  7. For Consolation Prize, TICO Brick Animal Series included Tiger, Panda, Elephant, Lion, Turtles, Seahorse, Dolphin, Taco, and Lobster only.
  8. Post to Facebook (post set to public) contest is only EXCLUSIVE to TICO landmark series purchase at ISETAN in Malaysia only.
  9. Post to Instagram (post set to public) contest is open for all entrants who have made TICO landmark series purchase at other outlets other than ISETAN.
  10. The Build-Tag-Fly Contest (“Contest”) is open to all Malaysia residents only.
  11. Play Distribution Sdn Bhd (“PD”,”We”) retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  12. Winners will be announced on 7th October, 2017 at TICO Malaysia Facebook page. Winners need to contact PD by sending email to [email protected] or pm to TICO Malaysia Facebook page.
  13. Grand prize only included return flight tickets. Any accommodation or transportation charges including but not limited to; to and from airport, hotel, and meals are not included. The winner and their guest must travel together on the same flight.
  14. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Contest and the winner shall participate in such activity on PD’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by PD and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Contest for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by PD and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Contest, all entrants consent to the same.
  15. PD accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the prize. PD further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Contest. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of PD for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
  16. A breach of terms and conditions will result in disqualification and winner shall forgoes the prize.
  17. Employees’ of the PD, its related companies and immediate family are ineligible to enter.
  18. PD’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
  19. The terms and conditions of this Contest are governed by the laws of Malaysia and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
