How to Enter
Just become our Facebook Fan. Fill in the contest form and submit your photos (limit of three (3) photo submissions per person).
The Contest Period
The Contest runs from 29 January, 2010 at 2.30 PM until 2.30 PM on 31 March 2010.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Malaysia to participate. You must join the “Be a Fan†on TM Rewards’ Facebook Fan Page.
Selection of Winners
The Photos submitted shall be judged by an independent panel of judges selected by TM Rewards based on the following criteria: 60% creativity and originality, 40% photo quality. All decisions of the judges of the Contest will be final and binding.
General Conditions
Photos must be within the theme of the contest to be considered. All work submitted must be original work. We reserve the right to reject any photos which we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem offensive, in violation of the law or unsuitable in any other manner. Examples of the types of photos we will reject include the following:
• Pornographic or nude images
• Images promoting illegal drug use
• Images depicting crimes of any nature
• TM Rewards is not required to provide any explanation for the rejection.
The Sponsor is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for:
(i) misdirected or delayed mail or e-mail;
(ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind;
(iii) any condition caused by events beyond the Sponsor’s control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated;
(iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Contest or foolish spending of the prize; or
(iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the systems required to conduct the Contest or operate the Sponsor web site, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants, shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All decisions of the Sponsor are final. By participating in the Contest, you also agree to be bound by the TM Rewards Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Void where prohibited.
All prizes must be claimed within the stipulated time frame indicated during the winners’ notification. Any unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited without prior notice and The Sponsor will not compensate or be held liable for winners’ failure to claim the prize(s). Any appeal will not be entertained.
All prizes are subject to availability from the suppliers and in the event the suppliers are unable to supply the same model of any of the prizes to The Sponsor, The Sponsor reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute the prizes with other products of similar retail value without prior notice.
The Sponsor reserves the right to use any of the Photos sent in for the Contest.
