How to Win

  2. Purchase of RM30 and above for the goods of any brand is chosen, you will be entitled to one (1) entry form.
  3. Participants may submit as many entries. Photocopies of entry forms are permitted (Participants can stick a few different types of photos on the entry form). Each entry must be accompanied by the original receipt for the purchase of goods organizer of RM30 and above.
  4. Photo entries must be 5R. It will not be returned. The organizer reserves the right to use the photos for promotional and publicity for long time without any payment.
  5. Entry forms must be pasted on the back of the photo entries.
  6. Photo entries must be taken within 01/02/2017 to 31/05/2017. The Store, Pacific and Milimewa right to disqualify entries if found photos taken earlier than the period specified above, or there is a big difference between a real baby face in the photo entries and no evidence that they were taken in the period 02/01/2017 to 31 / 5/2017.
  7. A copy of birth certificate must accompany the entry form.
  8. All entries must reach the branches of purchase before 31/05/2017. Participants must send the entry form kecawangan purchase, entry form by post will not be entertained.
