Barcode can be from Efamol Evening Primrose Oil 500mg, Efamol Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg,
Efamol Efamarine, Efamol Efalex Capsules or Efamol Efalex Liquid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Entrants must be citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia, be 18 years of age or older. Employees of BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn Bhd and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  2. The winners will be notied by phone or email by 15th Jan 2012. Any undeliverable prize notication within the next 15 days will result in disqualication and the selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded.
  3. The prize winners will be determined from a random draw of all entries received during promotion period. The odds of winning the prizes are determined by the number of entries received at the time of the lucky draws.
