Submission of any videos to this site constitutes your agreement with the following terms and conditions:

You shall be solely responsible for your video submissions.

You affirm, represent and/or warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions related to the video submission.

You warrant that you have the consent of every identifiable person to use his or her likeness in the video submitted.

You shall retain all of your ownership rights over the video submission; however, by offering video for inclusion on this site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute and produce derivative works from the submission.

The video submitted must be in a file that is compatible with this site’s technology. We will disclaim all liability howsoever caused for damages or losses suffered as a result of submissions that are incompatible with the site’s technology.

The submission must not contain any malicious code or programming that would result in damage to the site’s hardware, software or networks.

You cannot copy or distribute any material from the site for any commercial purpose, without our express permission.

While copying/downloading any material, copyright notices (if any) must be left intact.

You agree not to submit any of the following:

material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third-party proprietary rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from the rightful owner to submit the material;
