Terms and conditions
Maybank2u.com Sabah PayBills Contest commences on 1 April 2009 and ends on 30 June 2009 (both days inclusive).
This Contest is open to all Maybank2u.com users with the exception of Maybank employees from eChannels Department, its agency and their respective immediate families.
No entry form is required. To participate in the contest, a contestant must perform bill payment via Maybank2u.com from his/her Sabah's home branch savings/current account in which the payment effective date must be set as ‘today' and/or eSI payment. Or payment made from any Maybank account, credit card and/or eSI to Sabah Payee Corporation only. Below is the list of payees involved:

Chances of the winners will be based (in orderly manner) on the following:
Highest number of bill payment transaction collectively during the contest period; and
Highest amount (RM) of bill payment collectively during the contest period.
Monthly prizes will be given away every 7th of every month during the contest period. However, there is only ONE Grand Prize to won at the end of the contest. The prizes for this contest are:

9 x 2nd Prize – Sony MP3 NWZ-B133F
100 x Consolation Prize – Maybank2u.com premium items
Each winner is entitled for one (1) prize only.
Maybank reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete/illegible/unsuccessful entries.
The winners shall be notified by telephone/e-mail or whichever method Maybank deems fit.
Maybank reserves the right to forfeit prizes from any Contest winner who does not provide the required details upon receiving the request/notification from Maybank.
Maybank will not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the redemption or use of any of the prizes in this contest.
Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Maybank reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other products of similar retail value without prior notice.
Maybank reserves the right to request written proof of identification, age and residence of any Contest winner before the prize is dispatched or collected personally.
Maybank makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and the decision of the judges.
Maybank further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Contest.
In the event of a prize giving ceremony, the Contest winner(s) are required to attend at his/her own cost and expense to collect the prize.
Maybank reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use nicknames, names, photographs or video recordings and entries of the Contest winners and /or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor make any payment whatsoever, to the Contest winners and /or representative for publicity, advertising, trade or promotional purpose in any media.
Maybank reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Contestants shall be bound by such changes.
Maybank will not be responsible or liable for:
Any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure receiving and sending entry form as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by the participating internet line and/or resulting from participation or the downloading any of materials in the Contest. In the event of such error, interruption and /or failure, Maybank shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Contestant to participate in the Contest at any time.
Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Contestant, or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest.
Any errors(including notification of Contest winners), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access of entries, PC hanging whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server malfunction, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
The judges' decision is final and correspondence will not be entertained.
