How to Win
a. Steps to Participate :
Period : Begins on 18th January 2021 at 12:OOam and ends on 30th June 2021 at 11:59pm (Malaysia time) for registration.
1. Participant must buy 1 (One) sachet Choki Choki as proof of purchase and requires to upload the proof of purchase when submit for registration.
2. Participant requires to register at htlps7/Dnmt8bl9.paperform.co with providing information as of below
• Performance Category • E-mail Address
•Age Group • Either Father Name or Mother Name
• Music Academy • Either NRIC Number of Father or Mother
• Contestant Full Name • Either Contact Number of Father or Mother
•Contestant NRIC Number
b. Performance Video Submission :
1. Participant requires to record competing performance in video format within 3 minutes duration (Exclude Participant’s self-introduction).
2. Participant must do a self-introduction at the beginning of the video with their name, performance category, and performance Ole.
3. Participant to upoatí recorded performance video at website httpsy/a7l4hbu&paperform.co sent by the organizer via email. Incomplete submission will be disqualified automatically.

Recorder Performance (Junior Age 7 -12 years old) 1st March 2021-30th June 2021
Violin Performance (Teenage Age 13 -16 years old) 1st March 2021 -30th June 2021
b. Submitted video must be the Participant’s original works and no part or component thereof is copied from any other third party work or material.
c. Participant must guarantee the submitted contested video is 100% owned by the participant. Any usage of copyrighted materials i.e. music, soundtrack, audio, graphics, images, and video dps in the performance video must get approval from the third party or owner of the material. Each entry shall not at any time infringe or violate any lav/s or the rights of a third party.
d. i he Organizer will not be responsible tor any form or claim related to video participation submitted by participant from any relevant party.
e. The Organizer reserves the right to remove video content that contains lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libellous, ilegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
f. Participants remains the copyright for their submitted video. However, Organizer is alow to use the contested videos submitted for any promotional or commercial use during or after the contest.
g. The submitted video must be in one of the following formats: (MPEG4. MOV. AVI, WMV. FLV).
I. Recommended video resolution is 1280p x 720p. The video file size must not exceed 400Mb.
j. Video & Audio quality in the submitted video must be dearly seen and heard throughout the video.
