11. Winners will be notified via post or email. The winners list will be published on Clinelle Facebook.

12. Winners are required to attend the Prize Presentation ceremony. In the event, a winner fails to attend the Prize Presentation ceremony and decides not to accept the prize, he/she shall not have any claim whatsoever against the Organizer in respect of the prize. The Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a substitute winner.

13. All winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any. All transportation, accommodation, personal and/or any other related costs, fees and/or expenses incurred to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

14. In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss during this transit process. The Organizer is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alternation or, use or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of the Website, any telephone network or lines, computer online system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet

18. The Organizer reserves its right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizer shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

19. The Organizer reserves its right to vary delete or add to any of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the gifts from time to time without any prior notice.

20. By participating in the Contest, it is deemed that the participant agrees to be bound by the terms and subject to the conditions herein set out upon submission of entry. The decisions of the Organizer in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not limited to the type of prize and winner shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any participants will be entertained.

By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify the Organizer from and against all losses, damages, expenses and all third-party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, cost (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other), awards and damages arising as a result of the participant’s entry to the Contest.
