Eligibility
Subject to clause 3, the Campaign is open to all new and existing Retail Equities and Retail Futures Individual Trading clients of RHBIB who:
a) Trade online and/or offline for local and/or foreign markets for transactions executed via
RHBIB; AND
b) Are residents or permanent residents of Malaysia, in each case within the Campaign Period,
and fulfils the required conditions as stipulated in clauses 4 to 10 (“Eligible Individual
Participants”).
The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in the Campaign:
a) Corporate clients of RHBIB; and/or
b) Permanent and/or contract employees of RHBIB and RHB Banking Group (including their
subsidiaries and/or related companies) and/or their immediate family members (i.e. spouse,
children, parents, siblings); and/or
c) Representatives and/or agents (including advertising & promotional agents and technology
vendors) of RHBIB and RHB Banking Group and their immediate family members (i.e.
spouse, children, parents, siblings); and/or
d) Individuals below the age of 18 years as of 1 March 2017.
