1.1 Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart (HBCT) Spend & Win a Trip for 2 to Hokkaido, Japan for 7D6N Contest (“Contest”) is organised by HBCT Bake Sdn. Bhd. [1182646-P] (“Organiser”) and is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above (as of 2018) and with a valid Malaysian Identity Card. Participants under the age of 18 are required to obtain parental consent prior to their participation. By participating in the Contest, such consent is deemed to have been obtained and it is the parents’ and/ or guardian’s responsibility to monitor such participation in the Contest.
1.2 The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest:
a) Permanent, contract or temporary employees of the Organiser (including its associated or related companies) and their immediate family; and / or
