- Write down on the original single printed receipt, the required details
- Your full name
- Your identification number
- Correct answer to the count of MILO® UHT products in the illustration shown on the Contest entry form
- Submit your entry either via postal or WhatsApp application
- Via Postal – Complete the entry form, attached the original single printed receipt, affixed sufficient stamps and mail it via normal mail to the address given on the entry form. (1 form and 1 receipt in 1 envelope)
