a) The participant must be aged 18 or above or be permitted by his/her parent or legal guardian to participate in the Competition.
b) Directors, employees and spouses and children of such directors and employees of Genting Hong Kong Limited (“GHK”) and its subsidiaries, the sponsors of the prizes and third party suppliers engaged by Star Cruises for the Competition are ineligible to participate in the Competition.
c) Should the participant fail to satisfy the eligibility criteria, Star Cruises shall at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify such participant and forthwith discard his/her entry as ineligible and invalid without notice or liability to such participant. This is so in spite of the participant being selected as a winner.
